A Man Called Bruce

Reflecting the rich musical heritage of his home in southeast TN, A Man Called Bruce is a one-man band playing original Swamp-O-Phonic Rock and Blues. It’s American music with an edge that fits well in today’s musical landscape. His sound owes much to contemporaries like The Black Keys, Gary Clark, Jr and Foo Fighters. But, you can’t deny his influences from classic rock artists such as The Allman Brothers, The Beatles and others. Bruce’s solo performances include up to three 45-minute sets (over 2 solid hours) of all original music featuring a variety of chunky guitar tones played to high-quality prerecorded drum tracks, along with occasional harmonica wailing. It’s rhythmic, driving, and soulful.
