Courtney Reid
Courtney Reid is originally from Memphis Tn and has been living in Chattanooga for 7 years. She initially came to Chattanooga for college and started singing at the Chattanooga Choo choo’s Station house restaurant. In 2014 she started her band initially called “In the making” and now she goes by her name Courtney Janelle.
Courtney has performed at nightfall, river bend (with the station House),JJ’s Bohemia , Rise Chatt and other venues around Chattanooga. Courtney also sings back up for different artists. The primary is Shirley Jones of the Jones girls, where she was able to sing at the essence festival and Tom Joyner’s fantastic voyage. Courtney also writes music and was able to write and act for the TVFCU commercial currently running locally.
