Chattanooga Times Free Press

Endelouz is rock and roll. The band’s name was inspired by the Jack Kerouac character Jack Duluoz. "Endelouz is somewhere between a place and a state mind existing in the ‘Cosmic American Dream’. We have always felt that creating our own name with our own meaning gave us a certain kind of power.” The bands Jack said.

Endelouz has released 5 albums of original music, while serving as collaborating musicians for Tab Spencer, North American Royalty and Keith Crisp. In 2016 Brooklyn-based Leesta Vall Records released the 'Jack Endelouz' e.p. on vinyl.

The band has continued to evolve their folk- and blues-riddled rock studies while serving as the house band for the Scenic City Super Show, a Chattanooga-based variety program, they provided the theme song for the television program Lindsay Street Hall Presents and Jack has performed live alongside Gordon Gano of the Violent Femmes and with former members of Wilco and Old Crow Medicine Show – Jack took first place in the 2018 Chattanooga Crossroads Guitar Competition. The bands new record the "Mama's in the backstreet e.p." comes out September 20th and features Randy Steel and Jonathan Wimpee.
