Chattanooga Pipe Band
Formed under the direction of Pipe Major Russ Spaulding in 1999, the Chattanooga Pipe Band (CPB), a nonprofit 501(c)(3), promotes the Scottish and Celtic arts throughout the Southeastern United States.
CPB has successfully competed in Grade 4 rising to the Grade 3 ranks. Now reorganized, CPB competes in Grade 5.
Celebrated throughout the region, past performances include:
- UT Chattanooga Commencement Ceremonies
- UT Chattanooga and UT Knoxville Half-Time shows
- Shamrock City at Rock City Gardens
- Dandrigde Scots - Irish Festival
Band members support local celebrations such as weddings, funerals, Burns Night, and other special events.
