Emily Anne Brooks

Emily Brooks, a native Chattanoogan, moved to Nashville at 24 with a mission. She is now a music-row recorded, produced, and independent ASCAP studio artist. She is known for her raw, emotional aesthetic, reminiscent of 70's Stevie Nicks, Grace Potter- even a sprinkle of early Alanis.

She attended Chattanooga High School Center for Creative Arts, where she began vocal and acting training at a young age. She expresses immense gratitude for her experience there.

She returned to Chattanooga in late 2015, but travels to Nashville often, where she continues to sing demos, sessions, background vocals, and work with her producer on the final stages of her EP. She turned down a development deal to be present for family in Chattanooga, and to maintain her artistic integrity.

Her Chattanooga music intentions have a new spin, as she is developing a male/female duo, planning to begin shows in early 2016.

Emily is an independently employed musician and available for bookings in Chattanooga and surrounding areas. Her passion is session singing, songwriting, vocal coaching/songwriting development; She is classically trained, versatile, and has over 15 years of vocal experience to include 4 years of Nashville based (hired) studio experience. She would LOVE to work with you!
