Chattanooga's music scene is about to get a major boost.
An organization developed in early 2015 to help grow Chattanooga's music economy will officially launch Monday at the Revelry Room. The event is part of Chattanooga's Startup Week, which takes place at various locations throughout the week.
SoundCorps, a nonprofit organization, seeks to "help local music industry professionals increase profits" and offer resources to help move their businesses forward. The new website is expected to launch within the next few days with a list of events, workshops and networking opportunities.
